 Interested in Curling, come and discover it with us.  Our Season is starting to wind down with only a few weeks left.

It has been another great, fun filled venture with our daytime Seniors and our Evening Leagues.

We'll keep you posted on upcoming dates that may interest you.

 

IN THE MEANTIME

The 2nd Annual Provincial Stick Curling Championships took place on the weekend of

February 20th - 22nd in Didsbury, Alberta

Out of 14 teams from across Alberta, the Highwood Curling Club had 2 teams entered and participate.

One of our teams whose members were Doug Nelson and Vern Knutson, had a very successful weekend.

Doug and Vern competed in the Quarter Finals, Semi-Finals and went on to finish in the Gold Medal game Finals on February, 22, 2206.

They earned  " SILVER MEDALS "

CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU BOTH and thank you for the great representation of  the Highwood Curling Club.
